mymuybueno Cookery School is bringing Britain's Best Baker to Mallorca. Justin Gellatly is flying over to join us at our school in deliver two amazing course days. He did the bread for William & Kate's wedding and here he is coming to our island to share his skills with you.
Head Baker and Pastry Chef at St John for twelve years, Justin created the St John Bakery and restaurants’ legendary sourdough bread and doughnuts, and has been head baker at the famous Bread Ahead bakery in Borough Market over the last 4 years, but now finished to focus on teaching. Justin Gellatly is the co-author, with Fergus Henderson, of Beyond Nose to Tail: A Kind of British Cooking. He will be signing cookbooks on the days too.
